by road, cars, buses:
From the North take the A7 to Marseille, or from the South the A7 or A9 to Lyon. Take exit 21 near Orange. Then you are at only 5 minutes away from Villa de l’Arc. After the toll exit, go into the direction of the town center, i.e. straight at the first round-about, straight again at the second and left at the third. There is a sharp turn to the right and then traffic lights. Go left there. You can spot the Arc de Triomphe from a distance. Villa de l’Arc is on the left-hand side, just in front of the Arc. Turn around the Arc de Triomphe as if you wanted to go back, before ling the roundabout you will find the entrance on your right.
Opposite to us, you will also find the "Gare Routière" from which you can go and back all over the provence, Nyons, Valréas, Carpentras, Cavaillon, Luberon, and plenty of small villages and meet authentic people with their real traditions and way of living.
by rail:
There are ‘normal'(TER) as well as TGV train services to Orange from any city in France, at less than 1,5km from the Villa. An other close station is "Avignon TGV", less than 3 hours from Paris. From there it is only 20 minutes to Villa de l'Arc by car, by train or by bus.
TER trains allow bikes.
by air:
Many airlines fly into Marseille International Airport. You may also consider using RyanAir from London to Nîmes or Avignon via Air France, flybe.com or jet2.com (direct flights for less than 55€ to Leeds , Edimbourg, Exeter, Southampton, Paris-Orly; connecting flights to Amsterdam, Brest, Cayenne, Glasgow, Guernessey, Jersey, Lisboa, London City, Munchen, New-York, Oslo, Porto, Praha, Quimper, Sevilla, Sytasbourg, Toulouse).
From Travaillan, aeroclub "Plan de Dieu" is only 8km. We can rent a car for you or bicycle if you prefer.
